InterCHARM MILANO announces a completely new idea for its third edition: CHARM eXperience – spa & lounge, a real-life spa created especially for this trade show event and set in a dedicated area inside Hall 3 at fieramilanocity.
Multi-sensory showers, saunas, Turkish baths, Jacuzzis, wet and dry massage cabins, relaxation areas for innovative treatments and video screenings, as well as areas dedicated to products and specific protocols for Hair, Nails and Body. To complete the picture and offer an innovative approach to all elements of wellness, there are thematic display points and elegant, stylish windows, just as you would find in the best international high street shopping areas, rich with not only cosmetic products, but also sponges, costumes and accessories, in true wellness style.

It’s a realistic setting, an experience, a guided tour offering the possibility to try out new items and products, to have hands-on experience of different concepts, carefully arranged to reproduce innovative and replicable models. Dedicated space, carefully prepared down to the smallest detail, where the visitor will be guided on a sensory journey, complete with demonstrations, and taken through the world of spa settings, protocols, products and brands.”
Dedicated to all professional operators interested in new business opportunities in the spa & wellness sector, CHARM eXperience proposes solutions, models and targeted training to prepare for entry into the world of wellness, while professionals already active in the industry are given the opportunity to keep up-to-date, exchange ideas and advice in finding ways to improve the operation of their spa business.
The project, designed by architects Di Pasca and Esposito, was born from the collaboration with Wellness Design, the top Italian periodical dedicated to the design and management of wellness and accommodation facilities, such as spas, hotels, wellness/fitness centres and thermal centres. Wellness Design, well-known in the sector for its commitment to spa management education, will be preparing a training programme specially designed for the professional public visiting InterCHARM MILANO. The content of the training programme, spread over all three exhibition days, will tackle the whole process from concept through production and completion, to the start-up of proper, profitable business models, while practical in-depth studies can be had directly within the CHARM eXperience.
Lastly there is the lounge area, reserved for InterCHARM MILANO’s VIP guests. It will be integrated with the CHARM eXperience spa, and deliver the ultimate relaxation area for the whole trade show, guaranteeing the perfect atmosphere for a break or a business meeting in a relaxed, elegant and exclusive setting.
