This year, Christmas begins on Monday, 5 September. That is the opening day of the second edition of Expo Reclam Xmas, the special edition of the International Advertising and Promotional Gift Show dedicated to the Christmas campaign. ER Xmas will be held in Pavilion 14.1 at Ifema. 5–7 September, just after summer and at the start of the new school year, preparations for what is the most important campaign of the year also get under way. For this reason, Expo Reclam has decided to hold another edition of ER Xmas, spotlighting the gifts offered during the final days of the year. According to figures provided by the organiser, Reed Exhibitions Iberia, ER Xmas will gather one hundred exhibiting companies at Ifema and attract more than 3,000 visitors from approximately 2,000 companies in the sector.
Stand sales for the event have just begun. Companies that took part in the previous edition of the show can take advantage of a rebooking system for both space allocation and rates, provided that their exhibitor contract is submitted by 31 May. To ensure the success of this important campaign, there is nothing better than discovering the latest trends and new products. During the event, visitors will be able to find out first-hand what companies in the advertising, promotional and corporate gift sector have to offer.
Expo Reclam Xmas brings together the major sectors in the promotional industry: from food products, Christmas hampers and beverages (in great demand during the Christmas campaign) to textiles and new technologies. At ER Xmas, visitors will discover the latest items which can be customised with a logo or sales slogan. The trade show is intended exclusively for professional brokers of promotional items and advertising agencies. A wide range of services will be available for visitors.
Highlights include the package shipping service provided by the company Envialia at excellent rates. ER Xmas is the perfect complement to the well-established Expo Reclam event in February. Susana Gibert, director of both events, recalls that exhibitors characterised the first edition of the trade fair as 'very good' and highlighted the 'professionalism of the visitors who attended the event' as well as the 'greater optimism and confidence' they noticed during the three days of the show.
