Frequently asked questions
You can find answers below to a range of frequently asked questions about the Reed Exhibitions corporate website and how to access detailed event information.
- Where can I find information on an individual event?
Click on ‘Find an Event’ tab on the far right of the menu bar and search for the event you are interested in and view their factsheet (you can use the search filter options or free text box to find it). If you require more information then either visit the event website or contact a member of the event team by clicking on one of the options on the right side of the event factsheet.
- How can I book a ticket to an event?
You will need to visit the event website (see question 1 for how to do this) where you will be able to register for or purchase a ticket to the event.
- Where can I find the floorplan for an event?
You will need to visit the event website (see question 1 for how to do this) where you will be able to view the event floorplan.
- Where can I find information on Reed’s past events?
Once an event has ended our individual event websites will update their information for the next edition. To find information on past events you will need go to the event website (see question 1 for how to do this) and contact the event team directly with your questions.
- Where can I find information on Reed’s future events?
You will see the ‘Find an Event’ tab on the right of the menu bar. Click on this and you will be taken to a list of all our events. Sort the results by ‘Event start date’ to list all of our upcoming events by date order.
- Where can I find Reed Exhibitions’ latest job vacancies?
On the main menu bar is a ‘Careers’ tab. Select ‘browse job vacancies in your region’ to view results. You can also search vacancies by job type.
- Where can I find business contact details?
On the main menu bar is a ‘Contact Us’ tab. Click on this and select the region and country you wish to find contact details for. A telephone number, website and email address for each individual office can be found on this page. If you require a particular individual or event team then you will have to contact the correct office and request these details or visit the event website.
- Where can I find supplier information?
On the main menu bar is a ‘Contact Us’ tab. Click on this and select the region and country you wish to contact in order to find supplier information. Contact the relevant office by giving us a call or email and we’ll try our best to provide you with the information you are looking for.
- Who do I contact in regards to a business proposition?
On the main menu bar is an ‘Alliances’ tab. Choose your type of enquiry (Government, Organiser, Venue, Trade Association) and you will find a contact name and email address relevant to your enquiry.
